Wood has been used as a building material for thousands of years, being second only to stone in terms of its rich and storied history in the world of construction. The chemical properties of wood are inherently complex but even in spite of this challenge; human beings have successfully harnessed the unique characteristics of wood to build a seemingly unlimited variety of structures.

One of the biggest advantages of using wood as a building material is that it is a natural resource but currently being depleted because of its versatile use. Our material is a hot-dipped zinc/Aluminium alloy coated steel with a distinctive blue resin surface finish and guaranteed minimum yield strength of 550MPa with limited ductility.

It has the properties of being lightweight, fire resistant, termite/insect proof, anti-deformation capabilities, rust free and it is economical and fast to erect. It is gradually becoming the taste of building contractors and homeowners alike in the Ghanaian Building industry.
